All shipments must be insured. I do offer returns if you'd like to switch pieces. I only offer refunds if a piece was damaged during shipping, in which case the shipping insurance will pay me, and I will then refund you.

All pieces come securely packaged (packing fee reflects materials and time it took to pack) and insured. I use either FedEx or USPS, whichever will get the piece to you in either the shortest amount of time or the lowest amount of money. Your pick!
